At Spruced Roost, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, don’t worry—we’ve made returns as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Return Guidelines:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Exemptions: Some items like intimate wear, gift cards, downloadable software, and select health or personal care items are not eligible for return.
  • Unopened Items: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in new condition.
  • Opened Items: If you’ve opened the product and are not satisfied, you can still return it within 30 days for a refund, minus a small 7% restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by email or phone with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we’ll provide a return authorization number and return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

Refund Process:

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return guidelines.
  2. Refund Issuance: If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges:

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item and place a new order for the product you’d prefer.
