Return Guidelines:

  1. OUR RETURN POLICY

    Made-to-Order & Drop-Shipped Items

    Many Spruced Roost products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. Because of this, all made-to-order items are final sale once production begins.

    This includes:

    • Apparel and robes

    • Wedding, bridal party, or event-related items

    • Items fulfilled via print-on-demand or overseas partners

    • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations


    We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Change of mind

    • Event cancellation or date changes

    • Items arriving after an event date

    • Shipping delays outside our control

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or opened


    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


    Order Changes & Cancellations

    • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins

    • Please double-check sizes, quantities, and shipping details before placing your order


    Shipping Timelines

    All delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
    Production and shipping times may vary, especially for Hawaii and international destinations.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
