  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on orders $50 and over.
  • Special Promotions: Throughout the year, we may offer Free Shipping on all orders as part of special promotions.
  • International and Domestic Shipping: We charge the same shipping rate for both international and domestic orders.
Shipping Process:
  • Estimated Delivery Date: We provide an estimated delivery date on the item order page. Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
  • Shipping Carrier: We ship most orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) for U.S. deliveries. For international shipments, local carriers will be used based on the destination country.
  • Shipping Locations: We ship from the U.S., U.K., Belgium, or China, depending on your location and the stock availability of the item.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
  • Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it has shipped. Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Shipping times will be added to the processing time.
Delivery Times:
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery time is typically 3-4 business days for processing, plus the shipping time. Most free shipping orders will arrive within 4 weeks.
  • Delays: While we work hard to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs clearance or holidays.
Address Accuracy:
  • Correct Address: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any returned packages due to incorrect address information will incur a return shipping fee, which will be charged to the customer.
  • Billing Address Verification: If the billing address provided does not match the one on file with your bank, your order will be delayed for further verification. This measure helps prevent credit card fraud and protects both you and us.
Tracking and Shipping Updates:

Shipping Responsibility:
  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your package has been delivered to your mailbox or address, it is no longer our responsibility. Ensure your shipping address is secure. We do not offer insurance for packages.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is marked as "delivered" and you are having trouble locating it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
  • International Fees: Spruced Roost is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs that may apply to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages:
  • Damaged Products: Spruced Roost is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
