If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price within 60 days of the date of purchase. We only accept returns postmarked within 60 days from the purchase date.
Items returned must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date in their original and unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, fragrance, beauty products and accessories are "final sale" and cannot be returned unless the merchandise was found to be defective. The only Accessories returnable are: scarves, bags, mermaid blankets, Belts, socks, leggings, and pajamas If return in original packaging are refundable. Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
What do I include with my Return Information?
Please indicate the following:
- Indicate the reason for your return and the quantity for each item you wish to return.
- Enclose your sales receipt in your return package.
Ship the return package to:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
- Make sure your name, Phone number, address and email are on the sales receipt.
- We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage is required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

How will my return be refunded?
We will credit you using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase (except for gifts cards and e-gift cards, in which case you will be refunded a credit onto a new gift card). Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. Exchanges cannot be made. Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
